         <title>Food Poisoning Lawsuit Filed Against San Diego Restaurant</title>
         <link>http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/09/prweb437020.htm</link><description>   <![CDATA[ <P>On September 13, 2006, a food poisoning lawsuit was filed against Filiberto's, the Arizona restaurant chain whose restaurant located at 3446 University Avenue in San Diego was traced as the source of a Shigella outbreak in late August, 2006.  At least ten individuals became ill as part of the outbreak, with three people hospitalized.  The lawsuit was filed by the Seattle foodborne illness attorneys at the Marler Clark law firm.          <title>Victim of Bravo Norovirus Outbreak Files Suit </title>

Italian Cucina was sued Monday by a woman who suffered a norovirus infection  after eating at the restaurant on May 7.  The plaintiff is represented by Marler Clark, the Seattle law firm nationally recognized for the successful representation of foodborne illness.  At least 360 people became ill with symptoms of norovirus after eating at the restaurant. (PRWeb May 16, 2006)</P>
