With a $70-million expansion now under construction, the 172-bed, 6-operating-room (OR) facility plans to almost double its surgical capacity upon completion of a 6-story medical tower that will include 10 state-of-the-art surgical suites. Since taking over anesthesia services on July 1, Premier Anesthesia of Richland has hired Dr. Milosh Grubor as medical director for Anesthesiology, along with 3 staff anesthesiologists for the group that eventually will include 15 anesthesiologists. “With four staff anesthesiologists now in place, Kadlec has already expanded surgical services and increased the OR schedule," said Bill Wingo, vice president, medical staff and business development at Kadlec Medical Center.
