Based on NER’s database of over 70,000 theft reports and statistics from the Insurance Services Office (ISO), the report is a detailed study and analysis of construction and farm equipment losses and recoveries. The report seeks to answer the question: “Who steals how much of what, from where, how, why and where does it go?” The report is being made available to police, NER clients and the media and will be on general release on March 1, 2005.
