         <link>http://www.prweb.com/releases/2008/06/prweb1047944.htm</link><description>   <![CDATA[ <P>This summer,Element Skateboards, The Collective Sound (TCS) Music Academy, and The Boys &amp; Girls Club of Laguna Beach will team together to present the year's premiere California youth cultural event - The Element Youth Movement CoOp Tour running July 22nd  at the OC Fairgrounds from 8:30-11pm, July 24th at the Wharf in Santa Cruz from 5-9pm, and in San Francisco's Union Square, July 25th from 5-9pm. The three-day music, art, and educational event kicks off at each stop with kids from the TCS Summer Rock &amp; Roll Music Camp opening for indie headliners The Shimmies and Aubrey Debauchery.  Also on hand, the Boys &amp; Girls Club presents &quot;Scratched&quot;, a collaborative art installation, and sponsor and educational booths will round each stop with product givaways and information on youth issues.
