Rev. Stone says that no disclosures have been made to him concerning the harassment charges.  Court ordered disclosure under Arizona state rules of criminal procedure 15 thru 15.7 forces the prosecution to work with Stone; however, Stone,  representing himself, says that his rights are being denied.  Meanwhile, he will comply with the rules by disclosing his list of witnesses that include Gov. Napolitano, AZ legislators, President Bush, Harding and many others, and he will present a list of documents  to support that he is innocent and that his imprisonment is an act of official retaliation.      <title>Victim of Official Oppression Jailed for Faxing Notices; Bail set for $250,000 Cash, Payable in Full for One Count of Harassment</title>
     <link>http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/03/prweb358998.htm</link><description>   <![CDATA[ <P>Rev. John W. Stone, an advocate for equal justice and rights of children, was accosted and  jailed for for faxing press releases and notices.  The notices were of claims against Maricopa County Arizona,  the City of Peoria Arizona, and others. The person responsible for the complaint to prosecute Stone for faxing was one of the persons being sued by Stone and wife.  The Stones&#039; claims expound theft,  deprivation of due process rights, discrimination, corrupt interference of judicial proceedings and businesses;  and more.  Federal, state, and local officials involved. Judge sets bail as cash only -- payable in full for $250,000. No hearing is scheduled at this time. (PRWeb Mar 16, 2006)</P>
