Friday, August 3rd The Babylon Jr. Sr. High School Class of 1977 kicks off its 30th Reunion Weekend celebration with the Long Island debut of the critically acclaimed one-act play Back To Babylon, written and performed by Babylon Village native and Hollywood actor, Gregg Tomé (class of 1980) at the Boulton Center For The Performing Arts - (631) 969-1101. Characters are loosely based on townspeople and members of the class whom Tome grew up with in the seaside town of Babylon, Long Island in the 1970's. Gregg Tomé transforms through a series of 9 characters brilliantly woven, each more compelling than the other. Also performing is the award winning musical group Yellowfly. The event benefits the Babylon Jr. Sr. High School as the class raises funds to purchase a new LED sign for its school. The Reunion Weekend plans are extensive and Boulton Center events are open to the public. (PRWeb Jul 30, 2007)
