Sterling Network Services, LLC announced today that it has completed the installation of two new high-capacity chilled water lines for its Phoenix data center facility. The project is the largest district cooling installation in a commercial building in Arizona and one of the largest in the United States. The chilled water lines are made available by district energy firm, NorthwindTM Phoenix, LLC. The addition of the chilled water lines increases the cooling capacity at Sterling’s data center to more than 10,000 tons -- and beyond. With the addition, Sterling can meet and exceed any data center or colocation cooling requirement at virtually any level of redundancy. (PRWeb Mar 21, 2006)
