Five years after Pollard&#039;s conviction, Aldrich Ames was charged and convicted of the crimes that had been blamed on Pollard.In fact, while a CIA officer and analyst, Ames wrote the report that convinced Pollard&#039;s judge to sentence Pollard to life in prison.
