Isn’t the ultimate goal of the seller and the agent alike to find a buyer or tenant for the property? A seller will certainly consider a reasonable offer put on the table by a broker especially if the seller has had no luck in finding a buyer/tenant on their own. On the other hand, a broker would likely consider reducing their commission if they didn’t have to split it with a co-broker. (PRWeb Dec 9, 2005)
