The U.S., which holds the overall Davis Cup record with 31 championships, is trying to re-capture the title for the first time since 1995 when they defeated Russia at the Olympic Stadium in Moscow.  Russia is seventh on the all-time champions list with two titles.  This year&#039;s final will also be the first time the championships have been played on U.S. soil since 1992, when the United States beat Switzerland at the Tarrant County Centre in Fort Worth, Texas.
