Camp starts at 7:00 AM as well as 9:00AM! The one-hour per day camp runs for four weeks and women can choose the intensive five days a week Monday-Friday program or a three-day per week program. The camp is operated by Elliott Hulse, a certified personal trainer and sports performance specialist.
