     <title>The New York Television Festival and Rio de Janeiro International Television Festival Partner in the &quot;TV Festival PassPort Program&quot;</title>

This alliance is centered around an artist exchange program called the &quot;TV Festival PassPort Program,&quot; in which independent Brazilian TV producers will have their work showcased at the 2008 New York Television Fest and independent American producers will be screened at the 2008 fest in Rio.
