The Twenty-Seventh Annual Riverside International Wine Competition was held on May 4 in California where judges and wine industry experts evaluated 2614 wines. The 2008 Tasters Guild International Wine Judging Competition was held on May 3, featuring 200 wines from 15 countries and 30 states, while the 2008 Wine Literary awards were held on April 25 in San Francisco. The fifth annual International Wine Competition tastings were held in November and featured wines from Texas, across the United States, and around the world. The Roundup and Best Bites Wine awards were presented on Presidents Day evening, Monday, Feb. 18th on the floor of the legendary Reliant Astrodome in Reliant Park. (PRWeb Feb 19, 2008)</P>
