The National Museum of Dance Presents Resident Photographer Mark Andrew, and the Opening of his Two Exciting Photographic Exhibitions, "STEEL: physique of a dancer," and "Smoke & Mirrors"

Both exhibitions feature the world's most famous dancers from NYC Ballet, Martha Graham Dance Company, Paul Taylor Dance Company, Rebecca Kelly Ballet, Complexions Contemporary Ballet Company, and NY Institute of Dance and Education, portraying the true art of dance through two entirely different approaches. The "STEEL" exhibit is a new form of photography that amalgamates the images into steel and glass plate frames, while "Smoke & Mirrors," is a more lighthearted approach, toying with smoke, mirrors, and the dancer. There will be performances by many of the participating dancers at the opening reception on June 6, 2008. (PRWeb Apr 2, 2008)
