     <title>Army Taps VISTA for Additional Support in Managing Real Property Assets - Contract Modifications to Improve Shared Data Collection and Analysis Capabilities Across the U.S. Army</title>

One award funds additional work on the Army Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), a tool that enables Army users to share correlated data about real property assets, installation force structure and populations, and facility allowances and requirements. In its second award, VISTA will provide additional on-site planning and analytical support, training and financial data analysis for Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)-related activities.
