They will be holding their first meeting and ratifying the club’s constitution with future plans to play exhibition games by the rules put down by the National Association of Base Ball Players of the 1860s.In attendance will be Alexander Joy Cartwright IV, Commissioner of the Pacific Northwest Vintage Baseball League.
