The hotel, which is seeking a Green Lodging Certification from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), will feature 93 one- and 147 two-bedroom suites ranging in size from 704 to 1,267 square feet. The $70 million project is under construction five miles south of Walt Disney World at the intersection of Interstate 4 and U.S. Highway 192. The hotel is scheduled to open in November 2007.
