Professor Arvind Atreya of the University of Michigan is Co-Principal Investigator on the proposal, along with Jim Beyer of Vision Instruments. The University of Michigan is a leading energy researcher, particularly for vehicle applications. The University's Automotive Research Center (ARC) and the Walter E.
