Which demonstrates that things that "sound to good to be true" are sometimes true. This prototype was made at 572 Snyder Road Cogan Station, PA just outside of the small village of Quiggleville by Blaine Staver, the inventor of the Automatic Ratio Adjuster. (PRWeb Dec 1, 2003)</P>
