Less than 15 percent of 5,300 charities rated by Charity Navigator have received at least two consecutive four-star evaluations. The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides free college educations to surviving children of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps special operations personnel killed in combat or training accidents.
