The NWA Launches Professional Certification Program for Work at Home Professionals

The National Work at Home Mom Association is aware of the problems that many at home professionals face. Professional acknowledgement isn’t something that comes easy says President Lynn Phelps. Many companies are leery when it comes to outsourcing work to moms who maintain a home office. The sound of children playing in the background is often mistaken for non professionalism. We can spend many years in training for our careers only to have it reduced to a non professional presentation by simply stating that we have a home office or by using the term “work at home”.The National Work at Home Mom Association has created a certification program that will allow business professionals and corporations to acknowledge that the work at home professionals that hold this certification has indeed completed the appropriate training and will continue to stay updated and informed by remaining certified. (PRWeb Dec 5, 2004)
