This July 4th the town will also be known for being the first in the world to have local community members be "embedded reporters" at community events to capture, broadcast and stream live multiple streams for anyone in the world to see. Using off the shelf technology from Apple Computer, "reporters" will be embedded in every aspect of the Ashland Old-Fashioned 4th of July Parade to showcase the technology and let people who cannot make the parade be there virtually.
